J THOMAS HOME started in our garage and quickly took over nearly every room in our home. Our friends and family -- including siblings, parents and grandparents -- have cleaned pipe, sanded shelves, and helped ship out orders when we were balancing the increasing shop demand and full-time jobs. Since then, purchased our very own workshop and invited a few folks to join the team.

As we grow with each new team member, we recommit ourselves to a positive work atmosphere and a spirit of fun, while working safely, yet quickly and efficiently!

Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance, attained by excellence in all aspects of our shop. From their first exposure on the website, to customer service regarding questions or billing, to their handcrafted pieces being created with care, to shipping with 100% accuracy, we want customers to enjoy their entire experience shopping at J THOMAS HOME. We work hard, making every effort to ensure just that.

We are a family-owned business, and consider our staff part of that family. Our workshop is located in Olathe, KS, and is working hours are from 7am - 3pm, Monday - Friday. We are always looking for more great people to work with.

Team Member positions generally start at $12/hr, based on experience and performance, with the potential to work up to $14/hr to $17/hr.

Managerial positions Team generally start at $16 - $20/hr, based on experience and performance, with the possibility of paid time off or other benefits, as negotiated.
