We picked three common home spaces in which you might find yourself spending more quality time, and have detailed a few ideas to help refresh them! ((Plus, a bonus staff favorite recipe at the end!))
Let's start with the Kitchen - The Heart of the Home:
We couldn't agree more, and while you might find yourself wandering to the fridge at all times of the day for a snack break, you might as well give yourself an awesome space to enjoy it in!
But First, Coffee:
I'm not sure about you, but I go to bed thinking about my morning coffee. I'm a creature of habit, and coffee is always the kick-start of my day. One of my favorite parts of my routine is paying a visit to my very own "barista" station that I created for myself.
Hidden Bracket Floating Shelves, like the gorgeous special walnut ones shown below, provide optimal storage and styling for any space. These shelves are sturdy and provide the perfect display canvas for your coffee mug collection you promised you'd stop adding to! Our shelves come in a variety of depth and length options, or we can customize an order to fit any space. The assembly is super simple! Each shelf comes with a steel hidden shelf bracket and all of the necessary hardware. Simply attach the bracket to your wall and slide the bracket into the pre-drilled holes on the back of the shelf. You'll be ready to take on the day after a quick visit to your coffee nook!
If coffee isn't your beverage of choice, and a luxurious glass of wine after a productive day's work is more of your style, floating shelves can add dimension and functionality to any cocktail corner, too! Glassware and unique bottles make fantastic art and conversation pieces atop these lovely white oak floating shelves below. Most hidden bracket shelves can hold up to 35 pounds of weight (or more) when properly installed, so you'll be able to stock up on plenty of your favorite beverages!
Gather 'Round:
The kitchen table is one of the most used spaces in my home. I love to cook and entertain, so my kitchen table is an essential space. A quality table will last a lifetime and become an heirloom piece of your family's history! Here at JTH, we love creating custom tables for our clients because we know that our unique, handcrafted product will be the backdrop for so many meals, conversations, and family moments. 
If you're looking for a quick recipe that can easily feed a crowd, then our staff favorite Crock-Pot Chicken Tinga Taco's are for you!
Ingredients:
2lbs Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
14.5oz Diced Fire Roasted Tomatoes
4oz Diced Green Chilis Can (choose heat based on preference)
3/4C of your Favorite Salsa
Combine all ingredients in a crock-pot on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-6 hours. Remove chicken breast and shred with two forks. Return the shredded chicken to the crock-pot to combine with the flavorful tomato mixture that remains.
Serve chicken mixture with whatever style taco accompaniments you desire! Our favorites are a warmed corn tortilla shell + homemade guacamole, diced onion & cilantro! Enjoy :)
