Our current lead time is 10-15 business days to handcraft and then about 2-3 days in transit from our door in Kansas City to yours (Monday - Saturday). You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours all orders have started production and will be subject to a 50% restocking fee. You should see your funds back on your method of payment within 1-2 business days (if not immediately).

• You may change your order within 24 hours at no charge.
• You may change your order up to 48 hours but it will incur a 15% order change fee (of the original invoice total)
• After 48 hours the order may be changed but is subject to a 50% change fee (of the original invoice total).

To achieve the highest weight capacity we recommend installing the brackets into studs or wood blocking. If installed securely they can handle 40 lbs.

We know that installing into a stud is not always possible. In that situation, we recommend using heavy-duty anchors such as molly bolts or togglers, which can be found at most hardware stores.

If we have already shipped your package to the incorrect address, no refund will be given. Customers must repay to have the items reshipped to the correct address.

We custom cut each shelf and bracket upon order, and generally are not be able to accept any RUSH orders.
